Medicare Advantage Plans are health plan options that are part of the Medicare program. If
you decide to join a Medicare Advantage Plan, your Medicare-covered health care will then be provided through that plan. Some
of these plans include coverage for prescription drugs and some also allow you to keep your stand alone prescription
drug plan.

If you join a Medicare Advantage Plan, you will use the health insurance card issued from the plan you join
instead of using your Medicare Card. Majority of thes plans provide you with extra benefits and lower co-payments
than in the Original Medicare Plan. Some of the plans allow you to see any doctor and some plans you may have to see doctors

If you would like to join a Medicare Advantage Plan, you must have Medicare Part A and Part B. You will have to continue
to pay your monthly Medicare Part B premium to Medicare.
Medicare Advantage Plan do not work in conjunction with Supplemental Insurance sometimes known as Medigap policies. However,
you have a legal right to keep the Medigap policy.
